LMB Investments is a locally owned apartment rental company established in 1994. LMB Investments has a variety of rental properties in Lemoyne, Camp Hill, and Mechanicsburg, with a total of 139 rental units.

We take pride in offering a comfortable living experience by providing quality apartments, exceptional maintenance, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

General Leasing Policy

Applicants should inspect the inside of apartment they are interested in renting.
Applicants must fill out the Application completely and return it with a $20 application fee to begin the process.

 

To have your Application Accepted Applicants MUST have:
• Good Credit
• Weekly salary equal to or greater than the rental amount.
• Good Rental History

We also consider the following items when reviewing applications:
• Employment of at least one year at your current job.
• Former Landlord References.
• Employer References.

 

Once your application is accepted you need to provide the Security Deposit, which is equal to one months rent. This must be paid with in 2 days of your approval to hold the apartment. The first months rent will be paid on the day of move in, when you get your keys. We only accept Cash, Money Orders, or Checks. We do not accept credit cards.
